PicsArt Launches Discord Bot - Edit & Create Images on the Go
PicsArt becomes the first on-the-go graphic design website to release official Discord bot for users to modify images without leaving Discord.
If you’re a fan of Picsart and use Discord, then you’ll be excited to know that there is now a Picsart Discord bot! This bot lets you edit and create images on the go with their amazing powerful tools, without even leaving Discord.
The Picsart Discord bot is available in the Discord App Directory, and you can add it to your server by clicking this link. Once you’ve added the bot, you can start using it right away.
Earlier this year, Picsart partnered with Discord to give users Discord Nitro. They have joined Discord as one of the first partners and also a Non-Gaming partner.
What Does PicsArt Bot Offer?
After you have invited and integrated your Discord server, you can select a wide variety of amazing photo editing tools, which works with Artificial Intelligence. So, you just need to type a command and you are good to go.
It includes Cartoon Effects, Sticker Maker, and Style Transfer. More editing tools will be added in the near future.
How to use the Bot?
Simply put, it's quite easy. As mentioned earlier you just need to type the command, add your picture and then enter some options and then let the bot do the work.
/cartoonify Allows you to transform your image into a cartoon.
/sticker_maker will remove the background from the image and create a illustrated sticker.
/style transfer will apply a specific style or texture from a source image to a select image. For this one, you’ll be uploading two images.
For example, we will be taking a image of Chad and a scenery to it. We will just intensity level 4 which is somewhere between the extremes.
Pretty Cool, right?
What’s more, you’ll have the ability to host your own image creation and editing competitions on your Discord servers.
You must be a server admin with the proper permissions in order to start a challenge. Once the prompt to continue setting up your competition has been activated, you can use the command "/challenge setup create." The Picsart Bot will give real-time rankings and updates throughout the contest and assist in awarding Experience Points to winners and competitors. As the server administrator, you can choose the winning edit yourself or allow other users on the server vote on it.
Anybody is welcome to take part in the challenge! In the Discord server hosting the challenge you want to participate in, type "/challenge submit" to submit your entry. After that, you'll be asked to upload your photo and enter the challenge's name.
Looking ahead, Picsart plans to expand on these features, including the ability to pull in content from existing Picsart profiles.
